Also, I believe he named the video Phoenix Wright 4 because it is "Gyakuten Saiban 4." But really, it means Ace Attorney 4.
Not to be rude, but, there is a contradiction here, Apollo is new, that's correct, but... What if it's not Apollo? And Gyakuten Saiban means "Turnabout Courtroom"
It's actually really a fun game, you should try it, in the end of the game, Phoenix will try to pass the bar exam and once again be an attorney (something like that), oh and you could perceive with Sharingan-like eyes, too bad there's no big boobies...

My opinion doesn't collide with many when I say that the Ace Attorney series represents one of the finest components of the "Mystery" genre. The courtroom/arguments and light-hearted atmosphere just contribute to it's quality.
I don't care about how a game's concept "seems" -- if it was done right and has fun/captivating gameplay (Check) and an engaging storyline (Check), then it stands as a good game.

I don't know why everyone bags out Apollo Justice, I thought the game was a lot of fun and had a very good plot twist.
As good as the Phoenix games? No, not at all. On it's own, very fun.

I haver to say your missing out... but it's still your opinion. I suggest trying the demo for this game out at least to get a feel for the gameplay, if you like the gameplay, then I suggest getting one of the first three games... Preferably the first or third, the second one is really boring in my opinion...
