Two things: 1. The evidence against Mr. Majiwa is so crystal clear that it is senseless to attempt to defend him. The discrepancy between the money remitted to the seller of the land and the amount booked in the City Halls accounts books is so horrendously vivid that it would need God’s intervention to assert the contrary. 2. Majiwa should also be prosecuted for colluding with Ibrahim Rafat and Wilson Ochola to assault the City Water Boss Phillip Gichuki on 28th May 2010 in Mombasa.
