Thanks for this mate! Have already heard so many good things about this film, but the majority of the positivity that I've heard were purely about the brilliant use of 3D, so I was debating whether or not to give it a watch, as I like a documentary for it's content rather than a gimmick! But seeing as you watched it in 2D and gave it 5 stars, I'm certainly going to give it a watch!
@TomBrandon121 You're welcome! And thanks for the comment. As a professional in this field, I must say it's creditable and balanced without too much speculation. And in parts of speculation, there it is always made evident. The science is solid, and if you're kind of put off by the gross display of dramatization the Discovery Network uses, I would say you'll enjoy the movie. And the best part it's not preachy. ;) Cheers!
@EmeraldxFairy Thank you. Indeed he is! I think the movie is right up your alley. I think you would love it! Let me know ifyou do see it, what you think.
First, the only thing Franklin trolls for is prostitutes to help him with his air baths. And if I were a rock star like Ben Franklin, I'd do the same thing!
Second, it seems you love Da Vinci as much as I love Edison. I agree, don't get me started. Team Tesla FTW!!!
Third, it's too bad I'm not still living in Philly. I recommend going to the Franklin Museum, the Art Museum ("first Sunday of each month: pay what you wish all day"), and I'll think up more as I remember them.

Great video! Philadelphia is a beautiful city - and Ben Franklin is a brilliant man!
I should definitely check the movie out. I like Werner Herzog a lot.

My shaman must be Steve Jobs. Because he tells me everything I need, and need to know about everything that matters in my life.
