I was so excited after I read all these reviews, so I bought Pioneer KURO PDP-LX5090(50inch) a month ago,and but ended up very disappointed. It has been a nightmare for me, frequently within each hour the television message SD05 (internal protection circuit turns the system off. check the speaker cable connections).
Having checked each cable and removed them all together the problem code still appears after a short break. There is also a problem with the volume level which is much too low.
i don't believe you, pioneer have a really good CS

Having requested the pioneer engineer for assistance the reply was, we don't know the answer and no one has visited or offered any assistance yet.
