hope u figured it out by now, somtimes th smallest things can cause u problems,..... plate where th gyro sets can be just loose enough,..gyro gains on th tx too high...dirt on th tail shaft causing pitch slider to bind....tail bades not centered wheflights, peace.n setting 90deg......u just never know...good luck ,and safe flights, peace.
I've seen much worse on mine at times, even whilst flying. Combination of gyro gain and rigging (i.e. moving the link to a lower hole). Others have already said all this, just confirming it. If you have enough channels, putting the gyro gain on a radio channel is a really good idea. You can tweak the gain WHILE the thing is running and shaking, to immediately see the effects.
i dont think its the belt, as before i had it slightly loose and now tighten acording to the manual and still same problem, So ive ordered a new ESC as see that may cause this problem. shuld arrive this week.
you are in HH mode when the gyro light is on, switch it to rate mode..

looks like gyro sensitivity to me. i have mine set around 70% on a dx7.
Your looks to be too high. does it do the same airbourne with no tail input?

Hello friend, I have the same problem!
I've change the Esc, receiver, tail servo and problem still there. Can be the motor, gyro gy401?
Can you help me? How you fix the problem?
Help me please?

@cfreire31 move yourtail servo ball link on the servo horn as far to the center as possible , it solved it for me.

Would the belt be too tight? OR
Would the gyro sensitivity be too high?

Decrease the gyro gain on the radio setup. Too much gain causes tail wag.
Hope it helps!
