Oh my gosh, Less Than Zero is such a good book, his writing style is so interesting and the follow up Imperial Bedrooms, its possibly even more disturbing but is an absolute must if you've read Less Than Zero, really hope you give it a go once you finish it! :)

@sujijoy05 I am athiest :) Most of the christmas traditions we do nowadays (trees, gift exchanges) are actually old pagan traditions, not christian ones, for example, pine trees have been used to celebrate christmas centuries before Jesus to celebrate the winter solstice and agriculture. December present exchanges are also pagan for a celebration called Saturnalia.

Hi, Gemma. If you're interested in Physics, I came across a nice book for it. I actually had a student job at one of the libraries in the university and it happened to be the one from the Physics' department. Anyway, it's called "The Elegant Universe" by Brian Greene and it's actually not just some science for dummies. It is said to be useful for physicians as well. Anyway, also found a ted talk, but can't link it here, just google it. =)
