So, I was wondering which shoe I should get. The KSO, which gives you more feel, and lighter, but less grip, the Bikila, which gives more grip, but less feel, and heavier, or Komado which I think will last longer, is heavier, and has good grip.
@DylanTReilly Not really, you basically have a few mm of rubber between the ground and you. The thing is that you run different with them, like how you do barefoot. You won't land on your heel because you can feel it more then a forefoot strike; thats landing on the ball of your foot.
Its hard to describe it, they make you feel really light on your feet and want to move.
With those shoes on, I see you guys as gay ninjas.
