my favorite dual combo, plasme rifle and smg. why, because covanent weapons are good for shields while human weapons are good for no shields. other than that, its just two needlers, plasma rifles, and smgs nothing else.
But with the Battle Rifle and Plasma Pistol, you can do more damage in a short amount of time, meaning fire with the pistol, take cover then fire, or just fire with the pistol, switch and finish with a BR round to the head.
I mean, I know it's personal choice, but I found the BR and pistol combo (although more Nubby) to be more efficient.

yeah, besides. to me they're probably the only weapons that you can do alot of damages when you dual wield them, except for the needlers or course.
