How to change iTunes Store account on iPhone or iPod touch

@mtellem1 try manually pressing check for update. if that doesnt work then update itunes and then it will automatically tell you a new update is available.

i had the same problem. i as asking me for my old password even though i had changed it to the new one like it shows on the video. i fixed this problem by just downloading a new free app and then it asked me to accept the new itunes terms and i did. right after that it recognized my new acct. hpe that helps

I Cant!!!! i changed my account....then when i tried to update or download a app...it need me to type in the password of my old account and i cant change the login id!!! HELP!!!

@phangyifei this only works for new apps. once you buy an app is is drm protected by apple so there is no way to change the account associated with that app.
