@firemedic726 No the structure was ventilated correctly, what you can't see in this vid is on the right side an attack crew was spraying a hose line in a window and that was preventing the gasses from escaping like they should have and that caused it to flash.

@qwx22 the fire dept used gasoline as a acelerant, if memory serves, some one correct me if I'm wrong. But the vapors built up in the basement so when he throws the torch, boom instant explosion.
Flashovers are insane. But if you pay attention u can read the smoke billowing in and out and most, not all teh time you can see a flashover is imminent and if your inside i think the temperature alone will tell you to get the hell out
