I have a feeling they originally planned them to. Though by this point, they were trying to tone everything down, so they settled for them dangling it right before us in the end. They let Tommy and Kim kiss but I think that is why you never see that episode aired on Disney. They are trying to ban Ranger love

Tracy Lynn Cruz plays an awesome Yellow Ranger, aside from Caitlin Murphy as Overdrive Yellow Ranger, but both are really kool ^_^
