Ok, once and for all I cannot give a copy of the source file. I have it on reel and also vinyl but dont have time to convert and offer it for free. I have a spare copy of the album on vinyl (only 200 copies ever pressed on vinyl) if anyone wants to buy it....sold to the highest bidder of course!

Can I just say how chuffed & special it feels to finally after all this time hear 'peculiar groove'&'Pandora' by this wonderful unknown Frances Ashman. Like orvisboy, after watching Nil by Mouth(one of my top five all time films-so great, so gritty, so british)I worried myself trying to find these two tracks everywhere. They send massive shivers down my spine and totally sum that great film up for me. I could go on and on for ages but big respect & THANK YOU so much for sharing.

I quite agree with all the comments made so far. I am a great fan of Brit films and this film had a fantastic insight into the real lives of a family living in London. Having come from a similar background myself I can relate to the Gary Oldman's vision..... I also have been searching for the soundtrack for many months without any success. Quite superb !About ten years ago I saw "Nil by Mouth"(the film)for the first time,and in addition to the wonderful script,direction,and acting was bowled over by the musical soundtrack.On numerous occasions I have tried to find a compilation of the soundtrack,but apparently one was never made.I am therefore delighted to find this on Youtube---shame on me for never having heard of Frances Ashman.This is genunely a most important find for me .Many thanks for uploading it.
