Enchanting! 'Watched it for the first time tonight; this was my favourite scene. Probably because I relate to it.. Somehow. And so it makes more sense and is realer than the rest of the story(s) from my perspective. We thought they were meant to be spirits though, and so not exactly ladies?

I like the subtitles! Brannaghs DVD (Stephen Fry's translation!) doesn't have sub-titles. This translation helped me work out what the three ladies were singing about - they sing non-too-clearly in Brannaghs video.
