1. 20 is too limited, there are so many great guitar riffs.

2. I would rather do a list of all my favorite portions of all my favorite songs.

2 would need some work. I'm too lazy to put all of that together. I would probably start with just classical, just Beatles, or just Touhou. That might be doable for me in a reasonable amount of time with a reasonable amount of effort.
