It's not that you drive a different type of car but the fact that you have to compare it only to others in it's class. When your SUV get's better gas mileage than a camry, then you can brag on it.

EPA mileage ratings are lab results, under ideal conditions.

Real-world mileage will obviously not be as rated.

Really?? you have a perfectly running vehicle, get highest octane at every fill up, and oil change at regular intervals, tire pressures always perfect, vehicle speed, load capacity ALWAYS right in the sweet spot...

You want fuel efficiency? Get a Honda Fit, Civic, or other small asian car.

Need capacity for hauling loads? get a pickup or SUV (these are NOT meant to be fuel efficient).

E85 is worse for the enviroment because it gives off more polution its just a way to git rid of corn

you do know the tahoe is the green car of the year.

it gets 20mpg with makes the tahoe, suburban, yukon, and escalade the most effecient large SUVS on the road.

it can also use E85 with recycles carbon instead of spewing more new carbon into the air.

GM is also working on a Hybrid, Diesel, and more effecient Smallblock V8s to make it even more effecient then it already is.

Why is everyone bashing just the new Tahoe?

Last time I checked, the Tahoe gets the best gas mileage, and that the new Sequoia is bigger, since it's based off of the Tundra platform.
