The wall color is a detriment to your art work. Large space for NYC. However you have no sense of aesthetic as painfully demonstrated by that god awful black plastic fish tank and those retro 80's sofas. Far too much clutter and you do very little to accent what is most likely a millon dollar view.

absolutely move the desk so that it's facing the window so you can look out as you work/take breaks. love connie's couch! she doesn't feel lonely tucked away like that? may want to move it into the living room so she's with her 'pack'. amazing views, i'd have one comfy piece positioned to face it instead of keeping it as an ignored background. great space!
