  • Lmao 140cm fans!

  • you overkilled this. 4000$ rig, oh yeah, we're just running Microsoft word. lol. This computer would be raw for video editing, and basicalyl run any game on highest settings with absoultely perfect graphics and no lag whatsoever. if my 2000$ rig can run any game on high settings, yours can too. except better. and multiple games at once, running 5 individual virtual desktops rendering, uploading, gaming, loading. all at the same time. and that won't even strain the processor at all. lol

  • What a waste of money dumbass!!

  • whats better? 4 high powered 140mm fans, or one large 230mm fan? i know the 230mm fan is quieter but i wanna know how much of a difference in airflow will it create?

  • I wonder how well that monster performs with Minefield or Notepad?

    :D loljk

  • pu the pc on the desk

  • What th hell? why make this if your only going to run word?! ddr3 memory and dual graphics card, quad core i7 extreme to run word? ridiculous

  • rofl vista id rather take xp

  • i need help...my computer wont display on my monitor...but the computer still on....i got 2 gtx 9800...i switched them arround and still no display...w.at do u think wrong wit it?

  • I hope you put windows 7 eventually on this monster =P

  • no cables on table - man my sesk looks like shit

question - is WC louder then air cooling? is it even worth it?

click my name and see my build - plz make a comment too! thnx

  • Did you have any trouble installing Vista? I had some issues, same thing except it's Home Premium. Wonder if you can help?

  • so you built this computer to use Microsoft word? LOL... uh IDK man. Seems crazy to me and your cable management and liquid cooling management could be better. To each is own though...

  • how about you send all the stuff back that you don't need in there to run word, and donate all that money that would otherwise have been thrown down the shitter to a charity?

  • this is a fucking joke all that monney to run word!!! WTF

  • 3x 140CM damn thats huge xD

  • they are 140 MM fan's not 140 cm.... :S why.... what a waste of money, and liquid cooling on a i7 that isnt even overclocked, ????? pure waste.....

  • Oh man, what a waste of money...

  • ok... WHY THE FUCK! spend that much cash on a pc to run word and excel.. this guy has more money than brains..

  • Nice rig, but I would have used that for home gaming and got a basic computer for basic office apps. Also, i would have most definitely painted the inside black!!!

  • so lets install sli and WC the thing for word hmmm my celly runs word and shit i mean come on dude someone plz slap some sense into this guy. lol

  • Comment removed

  • fuck u build a computer like that and run word. fuck u

  • i have the leds on my maximus II formula

    they blink showing hdd activity

  • Monitor is so cool, I like that and your setup, I think it's awesome. Have a good gaming time :)

  • lol get at least a 1000watt psu when running sli or crossfire x guys, and remember your internet may only run at 3 fps when you only have one gtx 295 and excel will only work with two gtx 295's because its such a graphics intensive program. Thanks for viewing my office pc :)

  • nice setup. but its very far from the ultimate pc.!!! you could of spent $50 on a used pc from ebay to rum microsoft word and excel. lmao

  • lol you watched part 1 fag? he doesent want a work pc he bought medium price pc we all can't get everything FAG

  • @thegges

yes watched part 1 and i heard him say its the FIRM'S computer dont you understand what that means FAG.! its a work pc. end of part 2 he says he is using it for WORD AND EXCEL dumbass. as i said before its a nice setup. but if he wanted a word processor. he could spent $50. but its his money so either way i dont give a shit.!

  • OK to be fair... this is all a huge tax write off. RAID 0 in an office setting? He has to say that it's for work. I mean think about it, Extreme I7 and no overclocking specs. Can't wait for the benchmarks. And I think we've stumbled onto a new marketing campaign... "SLI for business."

  • Whats the point of having such a high end build if you're only going to run business applications!? You're joking right?

  • I guess just because he can. Why use less if it is your hobby and money is not an issue.

  • You don't need a 1000W to run SLI, I have two GTX 275s on 850W

And you are so dumb. NO GAMES JUST MICROSOFT WORD. WASTE OF MONEY.

  • OMG you're like a rich guy who is given a Ferrari but only drives it at 20 miles per hour on a freeway, wanna trade PC?

  • lol awesome comment

  • Building this rig for general office use and no gaming is the dumbest shit I've ever heard of.

    Total overkill.

  • I agree but what really kills me is the water cooling... total waste of cash.

  • Honstly dude, did you say you put a dial up modem in this thing.

    MEGA FAIL

  • Business applications.....

    EPIC FAIL.

  • You dont need a GPU like that to run Effin Word and excel that guys an effin Mental case. Watercooling for a business PC Maybe Graphics design or CAD CAM But then you still wouldnt use that GPU maybe a Quadro WTF I don't understand the idea of this. I reckon they started the business just to have fun building a PC. Wankers. But smart wankers.

  • Oh, and your 1000w power requirement is bs, you can run sli with 2 gtx 285s at just 750..

  • your cable management is weird as hell.

  • So many things could be done better with this build...but it's still kickass.

  • bed cable management

  • What kind of business are you running to require this computer?

  • 140 cm fans :D

    2:20

  • I love how they build a gaming rig for business... LMFAO!!!

  • 2 $400 graphics cards for word?

    lolz

  • This guy is mistaken as far as power supplys go as far as running sli or crossfire. Any power supply over 750 watts would be suffiecent for two video cards.

  • But it's 4 GPUs

  • M y bad i thought it was 2, now that i seen both videos i see he is using 4 cards. Sorry!

  • not for quad sli, but 2 gtx any other THAN the 295 yes sure.

  • So i am running 2 X ASUS Mars GTX 295OC and a 1200Watt PSU same as this TT Toughpower. is that enough juice.

  • So how exactly do you have your hard drives set up and and what are the purposes of each one. I'm trying to figure out the advantages of different raid setups and back up harddrives.

  • SWEET PC!!!!!!!!!! but if you are only going to run office stuff why GTX 295. Soon to be in SLI?

  • Probably just to future proof it as to not upgrade for many years.

  • Business apps? Then no real need for such a high-end PC...

  • LOL thats an expensive MS office system, funny though i had a client who i gave a quote to for a dell workstation and he found a gaming PC cheaper, ordered it and it ran Bloomberg and all apps better than the workstation

  • Hi, so did you finaly fix the problem on the quad gtx 295 sli? , because i got the same hardware (exactly same without the watercooling system) but im only waiting for the two GTX 295., thanks a lot

  • The problem was finally fixed! It had nothing to do with the GPU. I mistakenly put the wrong sli connector. Since the motherboard accepted both sli and crossfire x, I put the ati connector. That's what caused it to freeze. However, we're running into some heating issues with the northbridge chipset now. It's running way too hot.

  • if that all you going to do with it the just get a C2D 4gb ram 9800gt and your find you dont need all that for just running word and ex ell

  • also i have a ?

why no games or even video editing

this is a power house of processing

    i want it!!!!!!!!!!

  • good job with the wires

  • How much did it cost?

  • It's hovering at around $4000.00

  • Oh, pretty cheap considering.

  • why spend 4000.00 for a work computer?

You could do everything with that monster of a PC!!! Gaming, Video editing, web designing... you name it!

  • very nice rig, wonder if you can show some benchmarks soon to show what this monster can do.

    cheers :D

    -HFP

  • Thanks! We put in an extra 295gtx and tried to run it on Quad SLI but the Vista 64 froze once we chose that option. I can't seem to pinpoint the cause, but I suspect that one of the cores on the GPU are faulty. I'll run benchmarks once everything is working properly.

  • Heard some news that the new drivers for going quad sli with the gtx 295 were unstable, hope they fix it soon.

    Best of luck

    -HFP

  • why 965?why this shit thermaltake watercooling system..buy a custom watercooling system or at least change the waterblock..and omg why 965??!!buy a 940 and o.c it to 4.5 ghz..at last!!!

  • Ok. You're going to need to relax... We've had no problems with Thermaltake thus far. The 965 was also a good choice because it's the fastest chip out there right now.

  • Hows the MSI Eclipse going? I'm stuck between getting an MSI Eclipse and Asus P6T Deluxe.

Do the Greenpower genie and DLED2 work any good?

  • The MSI Eclipse is working fine. I highly recommend this motherboard over Asus. While not really necessary, the greenpower genie monitors the power from the psu to the board. DLED2 is probably more important because it shows all POST.

Will install an additional 295gtx for quad sli soon. Stay tuned!

    Thanks for watching.

  • you're not gonna run any games? That's overkill!!!!! ..... lol

  • you need mor gpu in there look at mine
