this is the best thing I've watched in a long time . I have a Ibrahim Ferrer cd that I've had for a year , maybe two . It's fabulous , my favorite track is Quizas Quizas but the whole cd is unbelievably good so you should all go out and get a copy .

It is an Epic Fail and a statement on how culture and talent that does not tow the party line is treated under the system of current Government of this country.

I love the old Cuban music. Spanish-speaking co-workers laughed at me when I told them. I don't know Spanish but the music is so beautiful, who cares. (I like Opera too and I don't understand Italian either.) Now most of these old guys have passed (Ruben Gonzalez died soon after filming and Ibrahim Ferrer died a couple of years ago.) How wonderful that the rest of the world got to hear and enjoy this music before it's best were gone.
