What he did in 1:23 is basically his way to get to 7. He prepared for it and then did the note. 7 is a very annoying note to play as it is almost taking out the slide.

What in the WORLD did he do at 1:23 with his left hand?! New players, never, *EVER* do that with your instrument. EVER! Reasons why:

1: It OBVIOUSLY looks bad.

2: You can drop your instrument.

3: It leaves ugly hand-print marks on your instrument.

4: Your shoulder/hand will get more tired, more quickly.

i agree with you and it was an mistake but the 7 psition it hard to reach for me so they should make somthing on it simular to what he did for biggeners till they can reach right?
