Because you are now being so good to yourself, cleaning your place and eating better and thinking about cutting back on the drinking and smoking, allow yourself a pleasure....and that is, make sure that each day you make sure you make your bed properly, put nice clean smelling linen on so that when your day is over, you will feel to be in luxury as a thank you to yourself. xxx
