  • No one sings the blues like Etta! Fantastic rendition of this song!

  • odeio esses anuncios..

  • Putz, fala sério!!

Cadê a minha cadeira de balanço...

  • She's beautiful but people might not think she is. I think it's hard for average looking and not so average looking but very talented people to get recognized these days. Sex sells. If you don't sell that, then you don't exist to the world. Talent exists. Its just that people can't get past looks.

  • ahh Ray Charles and now Etta James for a great rendition of this song.

  • I close my eyes and listen to her voice and I can see her perform. I like to feel like I knew her. inside I do.

  • @ChenoaP well said!

  • A LIVING LEGEND! THIS KIND OF RAW TALENT AND TRUE SOUL WOULD NEVER TOP THE CHARTS TODAY!

  • I love this song! I started to like it more when I heard it in Portuguese with the title "CHOVA OU FAÇA SOL eu vou te amar" with the wonderful Brazilian singer PEDRO STEFANI.As beautiful songs are immortal and beautiful in any language because the sensitivity of the soul are especiails people.BRAVO !(google translator )

  • Who all was on horn??

  • My love for you is neverending..ily with all my heart bebe..WB..my reason for floating on cloud 9...awwwwww..what a wonderful feeling.

  • magarrrrrrrri ra .. <3

  • those 5 people who disliked this have rocks in their heads, and are probably into justin bieber crap.

  • @tiarne94 8 people, and they have a rock for their hearts and crap in place of brains...

Rest in Peace, Etta James, beautiful voice... don't cry, baby...

  • @tiarne94 ...I agree with you...they don't know....

  • @tiarne94 i love justin bieber and i love this, just cuz you like justin bieber doesnt mean you cant like different types of music

  • Sometimes I think Etta is the greatest. Thank you beautiful woman!

  • 'Come Rain or Come Shine', #getwellsoon Miss Etta James!

  • Queens are not made. They are born. Stay with us Etta.

  • sipping some nice red wine, bobbing my head slowly and wishing this song will just continue for an 1hr :) thank you Etta for wonderful music and thank you Tinaturnerfan84 for posting

  • makes ya wonder what happened to all the real men and all the real women....and all the real love....

  • @Eevildebs THANK U

  • Luv me some Etta

  • @zahraelaine ME TOO

  • us Tina fans love us a bit of Etta, shes so underated x x

  • Such a beautiful and outstanding voice. Thanks for posting this wonderful music.

  • can't compare, since it is not apple to apple. different era entirely. different genre. Should keep this version as it is. Beyonce is acting her and she is good at her own style.

  • the lyrics..

  • She really sings like Amy Winehouse.......ok, ok, ok.....just kidding. lol

    Great tune. Thanks.

  • Man this song is awesome! she just swings with it!

  • @elegantserenade A CLASSIC SONG

  • Ahhhhhh Etta!!!

  • played this song at my wedding as i was walking down the aisle. it was supposed to be an outdoor wedding and an hour before we were supposed to say "i do" it started pouring. i thought it was appropriate.

  • infinitive class! blues lady!

  • 1 thing that pisses me off, 1st off I do not like much of the newer music, but Beyonce can freak'n sing! I heard her do "Proud Mary" (Tina Turner Style) & in the movie Cadillac Records, she played the role of Etta James. My point is, Beyonce has enough $ to last 5 life times. I wish so much she would do an album of old & classic standards. Songs from Billy Holiday, Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone, etc. Many fans might not like it, but man NEW fans would & either way, she is already rich.

  • @gjc82071 man people like you make so much sense,,some say the only problem w/ common sense is it's not to common, but you my friend have it....and that goes to the rooms occupants.

  • i feel like going to vegas

  • love it!

  • love it!

  • @floh609 Once upon a time singers were all about their vocal talents. Welcome to wherever you are

  • this is music people

  • Etta rocks

  • Great, genial Etta James!

  • I love Etta James and this is a spectacular version of this song.

But...have you heard Dinah Washington do it?

  • Super Music, that´s Blues!

  • Sexy Redbone! Sang baby! sang!

  • I love Etta James, but I have to say I prefer Ray Charles to her, at least for this song.

  • This is a classic Harald Arlen and Johnny Mercer tune.

  • From the Musical St. Lousi Woman

  • anybody know who wrote this song?

  • Oh!! Lord can you send Etta Back.

    Come Etta or Come Darkness.

  • We're doing this song for choir,

im trying out for the solo!

not going to play it as jazzy as etta though!

  • I love Etta James; she's a legend. However, I don't like her singing this song. It's not very complimentary to her style and voice.

  • @kgchris

The reason that this song may not seem complimentary to her voice would be because of age. The voice does change with age. Also with abuse "bad habits" the voice can be loss. Very sad but shes still a great artist.

  • She is the only ETTA JAMES!

  • This is very fine, but if you have a sec do yourself a favor and search for the one by Nancy LaMott.

  • amazing like always...

  • Try "Lovesick Blues" by Etta. Powerful song!

  • its such a shame real talent like this dont exsist anymore

  • I agree... I havent come across this artist before, such a soulful voice, I love it!!

  • I was just saying that just now

  • @x109256 they do but they are not found or dont want to be in the public eye. its sad

  • @x109256 Christina Aguilera regards her as one of the best

  • @maplestratocaster I know...and she isnt wrong to! Im glad Etta's still appreciated by some *very few* people

  • @x109256 i think it does...like possible talent with the right guidance...unfortunately singers of this quality are not respected or valued nowa dayz...its all about lookz gimmicks and fashion rather than the more important things like if u can actually sing...

  • @d3wCeeJa3 I definently agree with you. Its just another way to make money now, no longer celebrated talent of very gifted people. I mean there's so much rubbish in the music industry today. Everything is auto tuned and computer noise! Although like you said you think talent is still here, it actually is. For *personal* example, Amy Winehouse. Very talented 21st century person, low recognition/ appreciation of voice. But as you said its all about sheep following fashion...which I find so sad

  • @x109256 trust me it does, but the new race of drones are not interested in listening to them, as the sound of their voices offends their ego's & make them realise how soulless and mediocre they are... The likes of lady Garbage and shitty Spears makes them feel superior & good about themselves and secure in the knowledge that they also are capable of producing an equal standard of shit...

Well that is my theory anyway...

  • @sambawomen THAT'S MY THEORY TOO ON THEM

  • @x109256 I KNOW

  • @x109256 She ain't dead!

  • @Mumsilius Ha ha I know! Thank God too! No, what I mean is the 'music indusrty' of today. This talent can't be found anymore

  • @x109256 I totally agree the people in the industry today don't even come close to perfection like this, well not all of them but very few even come to close to this.

  • awesome

  • absolutely lovely...thanks 4 sharing!!!

  • Whata voice/singer.And such a sexy lady too,naturally sexy,pure appeal.

  • SIMPLY THE BEST

  • I agree with you, she's the best ever...her voice is so charming, warm, powerful, rough...she can sing anything blues, rock, soul R&B folk.....even a "tarantella" would sound great with her voice! :)

  • classic, class and fantastic

  • how i love etta! cant stop listening to this. thanks jake :)

  • who is the sensitive trombonist. Its my favorite song and they delivering well. And a great arrangement.

  • seen her 5 times and never get tired of it

  • Oh, Ms. Etta - you are the best of the rest! I have loved her music for years, now. I love her singing "I'd Go Blind." too.

  • Oh wow. Etta singing Johnny Mercer, awesome!

  • thank you Etta for all joy you gave us...love you

  • it gets no better than this,Ms. Ettta James

  • isnt Etta a fab singer with soul to pierce your heart luv the legend .... God bless Etta

  • Ah yes. She is fabulous

  • Yes, I love her :)

  • @tinaturnerfan84 sure danny gokey's version is pretty fabulous as well! i think it rivals etta james, if not at least a very close second. personally, i'm inclined to go with the latter. :)

  • @tinaturnerfan84 You said it! She sang from her heart.

  • @tinaturnerfan84 SHE IS JUST AMAZING

  • @hhhaller THAT'S RIGHT

  • beautiful voice!

  • Who is the sleezy Trombone, very apt.?

  • singing in chorus love it!!!!!!!!

  • i dont what i say etta in my heart

  • this song is deep-soul at it's finest.

  • OMG..butter! She is unsurpassed, with a rich and soulful voice. This is a great song, and I always thought Judy Garland had the line on it...but Etta owns this tune.

  • dis a good jazz song, go etta!!!!!!

  • Wish there was more actual video footage of this performer. The audio is soulful and emotionally stirring. Truly one the greatest vocalist going unrecognized.

  • if you don't feel this woman then you don't know unconditional love

  • Etta James is one of the most underated singers of our time. Anyone who like her voice should listen to At Last or Sunday kind of Love, amazing.. Well worth a listen

  • Yep. You are absolutely right. Those two songs are amazing. I get so emotional when I hear them. Etta James sings with her heart.

  • @zdimpz AT LAST IS A BEAUTIFUL SONG

  • I've never heard this version. Could you please tell which CD it is on?

  • Gripping singer who sings with such heart. Unfortunately well underated to this day, particularly in the Jazz vocal world. One of my favourite versions of this song
