It's in set #7597 (Toy Story 3 Western Train Chase), along with 6 red driving wheels and a number of other useful parts for train MOCs. If you don't what to pay the 80 bucks for the set you can probably find the part on BrickLink, they come in both red and black.
in the edge of the screen at one part is the Emerald night with two coaches. how did you get the second one?
