  • you;re very happy. you high?

  • @freakylionkisser I'm always happy; and I never been high, at least high on drugs I mean.

  • @aliazharsalim so a year after this review, would you still reccomend it, or would you have any other reccomendations for similar laptops? im looking for an i7, and at least 6gb of ram, and a dedicated video card of at least 1gb..

  • @aliazharsalim Good to see someone finally happy in one their review videos, instead of always being sleepy and crap. lol! Good job! Keep it up!

  • @1Slivka thanks !

  • @freakylionkisser You can probably get the Y570 or Y470 from Lenovo.

  • Why do you need a core i7 for? And if you do really need it, why didn't you get the 8gb of ram option instead... Good computer though, I'm planning to get a t420 lenovo thinkpad. (:

  • at mcdonalds -.-

  • bro this is so ghetto

  • He's doing a review at McDonalds? Extremely unprofessional. He may as well print on his shirt 'I'm intentionally pathetic and unprofessional'.

  • @conza1989 Because youtube is an extremely professional website and very srsbsns, right?

  • @TheOiulkj The lack of decency required to perform it 'at' McDonalds, its pathetic.

  • I have had no issues and my personal opinion is Lenovo is probably the most reliable PC manufacturer but their retail experience in not that good. Try buying from a 3rd party retailer if possible and not directly from their website.

  • i noticed there is no number pad isnt that a bad thing?

  • @ninjadude5011 Not necessarily, if you work with numbers like as an accountant then a nuberpad is needed but in most daily activity its not. Usually adding a nuberbad on 15 inch laptop make it so the keyboard is a little cramped but lenovo keyboard is probably the best on any market; that why they are used in so many businesses.

  • @aliazharsalim ok hanks man i think i am going to get this laptop. Have you had any imperfections or technical issues with yours yet?? Is Lenova a reliable company?

  • @aliazharsalim how is screen quality/brightness for gaming??? is the screen any good?

  • @ninjadude5011 Look into a dell inspiron 15r, although they dont have as much RAM they do offer a numberpad on the 15 inch series too. But in my expierence, lenovos are toughly built.

  • thumbs up if you think he doesnt know what he is talking about!

that thing is running windows 7 not vista!

  • @chil3nito

He sad that it has windows seven 64bit at 1:20

  • @chil3nito

He said he was running 7 at around 1:15, then said Vista when he had the control panel system page open at 4:12 or so.

Don't know how he managed to screw that one up, lol.

  • a review in a mcdonalds?lol i thought i was ghetto

  • lol odd place to do a laptop review.

  • thanks for the vid, i love mine, how do you like yours so far?

  • you have a cool friend and i love McDonalds!

  • lol you decided to make a review at a mc donalds?

  • no....i don't hate..it is slow b'cos u r using for the first time lenovo y560 which starts by loading its default softwares...and little slow

but after the windows update , it will become tornado...

i know this b'cos i have the same system.

  • fuck u all racism and antiracism...this is not that video....

  • so this is were my calls to the compan go...

  • @intactGB Actually Ive never worked in customer service or technical support.

  • @aliazharsalim

it was a joke about Indian people always answering to customer service calls.

    feel insulted...

  • @intactGB It ok Im not indian

  • @aliazharsalim

    aw dang, your a Paki

I shoulda made a joke about terrorism right?

  • @intactGB Isn't making fun of a person ethnicity by using stereotypes a little passe.

  • @aliazharsalim

can I make fun of the chaotic manner for which u made this scatter brained video?

  • @intactGB Sure I love to hear constructive criticism.

  • I love the part "I dont know what that is" :D

  • why are you reviewing this in a loud room (cafeteria) ???? too much background noise

  • @vKeeblerElfv Its actually a McDonalds and read all the comment cause I have already answered it previously. Thanks for watching

  • nice notebook

  • dudee..... u lookk like a eunuch...!!! seriously.... haha

    bullshitttt

  • dudee..... u lookk like a eunuch...!!! seriously.... haha

  • does it have lightscribe?

  • @mafiajimmy no lightscribe

  • Why the hell would you do this in a fast food place?

  • what is this? the local dinary or what?!

  • a noob question but

    which 1 is better

    i7 1.73ghz or i5 2.24ghz is better

  • @kentangrebus1234 If you plan do do a lot of video editing or 3d animation or other processor intensive tasks that take buy the i7. If you plan to to use the computer just for browsing the net and GAMING the i5 will be the better choice.

  • @aliazharsalim

ya i want use it for gaming

so i7 only has slight better performance compare to i5 when i use it for GAMING?or a noticeable difference

  • @kentangrebus1234 For the large majority of games there will be NO difference but for some games like Starcraft 2 there is a small advantage with the i7 but the difference is not worth getting it. The i5 give better battery life too. I would spend the extra money on getting a SSD ( not from lenovo aftermarket) before i upgraded to the i7 depending on how much more it is in your country.

  • isn't boot up is slow? CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? I am a student and i can't decide on what laptop to buy. Its either Lenovo ideapad Y560 Series 064653U or Samsung RF510-SO . Both of them have the same specs (core i5, 4GB, 15.6'' etc.)

  • @imnobody002 I work for Samsung but i would recommend the Lenovo y560 if you want to game. The samsung might be a little more portable cause the lenovo comes with a 120W(very large) power brick.

  • @aliazharsalim Thanks, you work for Samsung eh? Why is it that I can't find RF710-SO2 (17.3'' , core i5) anywhere in Toronto! Best buy keeps on saying they'll re-stock soon ( Hamiltons the nearest place that has it but it's unboxed). I can't buy it online either cuz they won't ship it to my address. Imma wait another week and if they don't restock, I'm going to get Lenovo y560.

  • @imnobody002 I work in marketing, mainly for Samsung Mobile division, I don't know anything about their distribution, it is a enormous conglomerate and most retail outlet have more access to their product than i do. Sorry i can't help. yeah lenovo is the better choice.

  • Hey guy let your friend eat his hamburguer in peace.... its a joke. You are right being a happy person, and you are not retarded at all. You are just very happy for your new toy... I will be as happy as you next month, I bought a Dell XPS 15, similar to this. I am from Argentina and lenovo has no much support. Are you Indian? are you software developer? Indian sofware developers are our best competitors al global market. bye

  • @fernandofmt Thanks for your coments; I'm not Indian Im from Canada but my parents are Pakistani. Im not a software developer; I'm a molecular biologist/ pharmacologist by education. I currently however work in the faculty of education to teach science; so basically I teach future teachers how to teach science. I also work for Samsung in marketing part time.

  • @aliazharsalim "basically I teach future teachers how to teach science" jajaja it's funny how you say it. You talk about your new notebook so much enthusiastic that I thought that you are a software developer.

  • wtf is wrong with you? you sound retarded dude

  • You are so boring ...

  • @javichoy sorry i try to as entertaining as possible

  • Haha review in Mcdonalds? haha what are you smoking man thumbs up!

  • Rajesh Kootrapalli xD

  • omg, i thought u were going to blow urself up

  • @bondage2012 why would you think that

  • Comment removed

  • @TheNerfSocom I am him lol. I know im a idiot but you dont have to hate me for it.

  • @aliazharsalim Now why would you comment on your own video with a different account, then respond to your comment with your original account? Bizarre...

  • @TheNerfSocom I commented with the same account see the name on my comment.

  • @aliazharsalim then again, not likely. you look like a gay guy.

  • @bondage2012 I am quite a happy person.

  • Crap video ........

  • @iamanoop007 thanks

  • The only thing I don't like about this is the glossy finish at the keyboard area. Since I have sweaty palms, that area would be full of smudges and I would have to clean them everytime. other than that, it's a nice laptop.

  • lol "i'm going to cut that out"

  • good notebook and funny guy.. :P

  • I think he's drunk!!

  • He's drunk!!

  • this review is legit.

  • LOL! So random... He seems high or drunk... :D

  • i ordered the i7 740Q w/ 6 Gigs of DDR3 ram yesterday. I can't wait for it to come.

  • Very cool video

  • @SweetboyPR Thanks

  • Thanks for the video, it gave me some ideas :)

  • how the lap works with u

what about the repeated blue screen and the big mouse cursor related to ati driver updates plz reply as quick as possible thanx

  • This review is the best review ever!!! Makes me smile every time I watch it!

  • hey, how r u?... i have the same notebook, so i want to ask you if yours gets heat while using it.

    take care!

  • how much does battery run with i7 and normal use of internet , and word and shit like that ? :P

  • @markozutic361 Usally like 1.5 to 2 hours

  • @aliazharsalim thats too bad... i bought y560 with an i3 and switchable gpu, and my battery runs upto 4 houers with integrated gpu, while on ATI it also goes like yours

tell me what are temps of your model?

  • @markozutic361 The GPU temps are like 65 to 70 degrees under max load. Cant really compared CPU temps cause my core i7 runs way hotter than your core i3 or even the core i5 that is available cause its a completely different architecture.

  • you should learn to hold a camera, and who does a review in a fast-food restaurant.

  • @rebrains Im not really a camera man and dont plan to go to film school any time in the near future; and I do reviews in Fast-food restaurants. Thanks for the comment though.

  • @aliazharsalim I did not realize this was your thing. No hard feelings, right? :)

How is the screen, what about the durability? Does the notebook still work well?

    Thanks.

  • @rebrains I have not had any issues with the screen. The durability of the this laptop I would say is above average; it still look almost brand new like after 3.5 months just a few small scratches but not noticeable at all. The note books works perfectly; Lenovo unlike most other computer manufactures really chooses it suppliers carefully. I have another Lenovo which is almost 4 years old and it is also still working like new; It is a 3000 N100 by the way.

  • yo man i got the lenovo y560 as i said i would... can you tell me how can i check the gpu temperature???

    tnx

  • @MujagaWudakhi Serch for GPU-Z and dowload it

  • @aliazharsalim i did download it but when i clich on the gpu tab i cant see my temperature, do you know why??

  • @MujagaWudakhi You have to go to sensors tab to see the temp. The computer is actually my friends so i don't have it on me right now so I can verify if it is going to work. Ati make the temperature sensors on the card hard to access so i dont know if gpu-z is programmed to access them.

  • @aliazharsalim yeaa i did do that but there is no graphics card adapter or something like that... just hard disk, cpu and some other stuff... fuck... if you can ask that friend how he checks his temperature please tell me ... tnx man... peace from croatia

  • @MujagaWudakhi I checked it out GPU-Z and it should show the GPU temp in the sensor tab. If it is not working your drivers for the video card may not be the latest; apart from that I cant help. PM me with your email and I can send you a pic of GPU-z showing the temp.

  • COOL everything looks awesome~! from the design to the spec, quality, and everything!!! Can't wait! I ordered mine today! XD

  • canada = asia

  • nice bwaaaaaak

  • @mafiajimmy Thanks; but what does Bwaaaaak mean?

  • Does the ideapad have that display problem i been hearing about it or it fix.

does lenovo support the ati hd 5730 graphic card? i heard that they have stop updating it or dont let you update from the main ati site.

  • @whoami1963 The one I have does not have any issues; the initial defects reported could be have due to the ATI drivers. There are only a few manufactures(3-5) that make LCD panels and Lenovo is very careful compared to other companies in choosing their suppliers.

Nothing stops you from downloading the latest drivers from AMD(ATI) website for the 5730. Lenovo has its own System update that is a good program but does not always detect the latest drivers for all the hardware.

  • @whoami1963 Lenovo officially support version 8.752 which came out last week; sept 16 2010.

  • Wow! I puked twice watching this video. Good effort, wish you had a tripod for the camera though!

  • nice laptop

  • yo man, can you please tell me, i want to buy y 560 with i5 core processor, and i wanted to know whats the max memory it can have? 4gb or up to 8gb?? the model i want to buy has 4gb installed....tnx

  • @MujagaWudakhi Yes you can upgrade it to 8gb of ram but Lenovo doesn't off this so you have to do it your self or have it done.

  • @aliazharsalim tnx man

  • @MujagaWudakhi Personally if i was going to do and upgrade on this computer I would add a SSD before 8gb of ram.

  • @aliazharsalim yeah, but im from croatia and here they only offer one or tow models, i cant order a model with ssd disk, and as for the upgrade to 8gb, im not saying i will do it instantly , i was just curious if its even possible becouse i did not find it written anywhere... but still, that laptop seems great... the notebookcheck gives it 81%... still, its for the model with i7 processor, but i think im going to be satisfied with the i5... dont you?? tnx again for advices!! :)

  • Laptop sounds awesome. You should've made this at home man, lol.

  • hey friend i plan to buy a notebook i need a notebook for gaming and for school cauase i have to work very much for school ^^ but i want also have MSN messanger and skype is this notebook something for me ?

  • @MilanDelacost This notebook is good for gaming and Skype and MSN messenger run perfectly with the built in webcam and stereo mics. The only thing is that it is not very portable and the battery life is not good so if you need it to like takes notes in class, like in University i wouldn't suggest this model; but if you mainly plan to use it plugged in then it is pretty good.

  • Blair Witch Project steady cam. I have nausea.....BArf!!!

  • Cool review man, lol I love how you're so enthusiastic about it. I'm friggin' excited, I just ordered my own Y560 from NewEgg! Should be arriving soon :)

  • hey do review on its gaming performance man

    And nice reviews dude

  • Is it core 2 duo? 15,6" or 17"

  • @TheMatizek It is 15.6" and has a core i7 720qm; the successor to the core 2 quad processor family. Some models of the he Y550 have core 2 duo and maybe where u live it is offered with a core 2 duo. Lenovo sell different configured of the same laptop in different part of the world and it can get very confusing foe most buyers if the laptop is good value considering the components.

  • @aliazharsalim What do you mean about Lenovo y560 with core i3 and ATI HD 5730 graphic card.WilI I play a new game? Sorry for my english is bad:P I'am form Poland :D

  • @TheMatizek In Canada they used to offer the Ideapad y560 with a core i3 and a smaller hard drive for cheaper; witch would have similar gaming performance because it still had the same video card the hd 5730. I checked the polish Lenovo website and u don't get the i3 version.

  • Dude does the laptop have overheating issues.

like does it get really hot while gaming.

  • @bhpfreak89 It does get hot because of the CPU and GPU when under high usage such as gaming; but it has never like shut down because of it and i consider the cooling acceptable. If you plan to game for more than 2.5 hours at a time on any laptop I would suggest buy a laptop cooler. This laptop doesn't have a ultra low voltage processor and integrated GPU so don't expect it to run at 45 degrees when gaming. If you want i can i can make a video showing the temps in heavy gaming.

  • Ohhhh.... ok... you're Canadian... that explains it....

  • Man, that "roots" up fast, Patel!!!

  • Does it come with fries?

  • This guy made my day.. It's so funny xD

  • Sooo gangster man!

  • very nice laptop!

  • LOL everybody looking at you like your some crazy nerd. why didn't you do it at home?

  • @PaganiZondaF650hp I didn't do it at my house because it my friends computer and he lives and works like 40mins from me and he doesn't have a car so I would have to like pick him up and drive him back and thats to much hassle.

  • does yours ever go to the blue screen over a display drive problem? mine has been doing tht lately and it gets annoying!

  • @goodchico11 Yes it used to do that but it shouldn't if you go to ATI's website ans should download the compleate Catalyst Software Suite.

Most gaming GPUs frequently update drivers so always keep them updates for optimal performance and stability.

  • Fucking McDonalds

  • haha very funny overview, but i liked it! seems to be a nice laptop..

  • @dioxe thanks

  • Dude.....I love your review..the energy...the randomness. Can you do a review of video editing on it?

  • @WhoIsJodaStyles Yeah ill try do do one by Saturday; thanks for subscribing.

  • @WhoIsJodaStyles The computer is actually my friends and i couldn't meet up with him this weekend so the video is sort of postponed to when i get the chance to make it.

  • How is this a review?

  • @mwatcher Yeah sorry it is more like a overview with some extra commentary. Good computer though.

  • i like mcdonalds! wait, what was this video about

  • why is it the best keyboard you've ever seen?

  • @oficinax If you ever typed on a Thinkpad or other Lenovo laptop keyboard you would know. I have been using a Lenovo 3000 n1000 for the past 4.5 years and I can say it has the best keyboard. I have written over 1500 pages of term papers, masters thesis, as well as several peered reviewed scientific articles. I have tried , HP, Apple and Dell, and ASUS laptop keyboards which do not give the same sort of precision for power users. Lenovo keyboards are know to be the best in the industry.

  • @aliazharsalim really interesting! thanks for the reply

  • @oficinax Yeah. The keyboard is the best keyboard for any laptop I've ever used.

  • This is probably the funniest review I've ever seen. Good Job.

Can you do a Windows System Rating on the computer and give the scores in another video or in the description?

  • @LupoProduction I posted the windows system rating so check it out
