like if you listen to just the drums it actually sounds like it was first played to be that fast by some crazy death metal drummer... this is actually the speed of the songs I am practicing on drums, blast beats or something, and this song at this speed is not even as fast as some of the beats I'm learning to play:P

According to the band, Marcelo manipulated Tarja and lead her to believe she was much more than the rest of the band, and that her arrogance was fueled by him.

But that's just their side of the story... who knows? I can't see why they would go to the trouble of writing a song about it if they were lying, and they're not a HUGELY popular band so I can't see them doing it for the publicity.
