Mahi-mahi are very smart fish, too. Trolling, we caught two & one jumped out of the water, did a 360 in the air and dislodged the hook... apparently they are known for such tricks. The other had a smaller fish in his gullet, so it is an eat & be eaten world after all... how sad. But good to be atop the food chain, Mahi-mahi tastes so good. Lox is the best, though.
