  • kayak and yoga a great no stress activity. Maybe you are not able to take stress anymore. have you tried stress release activities such as boxing / kickboxing/running. They are intense which triggers the release of noradrenalin.

  • @fredericl123 I do a variety of activities and where I Kayak can be stressful, hehe. I work on my feet and with my hands so I'm very careful about keeping myself from injury. But you should try Bikram yoga It's the best thing I've ever done. I just finished riding my bike, it's a beautiful 80 degree sunny aftenoon here. I'm so lucky!! Thank you for your suggestions
