I got a problem here . I did these steps and I knew how to do this , but when I convert this pptx file to wmv , it only plays the music once , while it repeats automatically in pptx file .

What should I do ?

In Office 2010, just go to File, choose save as, and scroll down to Windows Media Video in the drop down list

This just makes into a picture JPEG is a picture format not video... .Mov or .MP4 are video formats.
