It actually works by just using your hands, no mantra required.

please have a look at globalpranichealing com/c/directory/ for a place near you where you can learn this technique.

the course takes two days to learn this and you'll learn how to feel the aura, chakra's and organs, how to tell if there's something wrong with them, how to clean them and how to energize them. and of course lots of other interesting stuff :-)

You'll notice Master Co has his hand placed over his heart during some of the healing sessions. This is to soften the energy so as not to harm the patient. Advanced pranic healers sometimes have to do this because the energy they draw in can be quite potent and too strong for the patient's body to handle!
