Does the information here mean that Atos believe disabled people will provide enough rope to hang themselves? If so, does that mean that if you refuse to undertake any activities because "it will hurt you" there isn't a thing they can do about it?  If you reply in the negative to all the questions and refuse to attend and insist on home assessment, there isn't a thing they can do to prevent it?

Sorry, I'm a bit slow off the mark but that's what the answers from Atos seem to suggest.

The government should sack this corrupt company that would save a lot of money, if the government have to make cuts then leave the disabled alone & just cut their money & not harass them to death, i am sure they can take a pay cut just like everyone else & would be happy to do this if it meant not being harassed & victimised.

I have attended ATOS so-called 'medical assessments' - they are not medical because they do not pay due regard to prognosis - essential when assessing patient is fit to go back to work.

It is subjective and not objective.

The ESA training manual states: "For the disability analyst, a precise diagnosis is of secondary importance" - when it is clearly of primary importance for prognosis.
