  • This is EPIC!!! Being a Fedral judge ruling that Prop 8 is un-constitutional by standards of the US constitution make this a pressident ruling that can be used to overthrow the marriage bands in all other states...

  • Hm... I don't support proposition 8. I think anyone has the right to marry anyone, as I do not believe marriage should be a legal or economic matter, rather one of the church, and as such I do not believe the judiciary system has the right to rule a legislative matter 'unconstitutional,' when the American Constitution at no point references marriage. I support those people who support gay marriage, but I don't agree with a judicial interference in a non-constitutional legislation.
