I'm sorry, but I don't see how the concept of abandonment and forlorn love is romantic. Perhaps the idea that Sakura may still love Sasuke after his crime against her is, but the song as a whole leaves you with the impression of bitterness and sadness, from betraying a girl with innocent feelings and taking advantage of her kindness and feelings.

I don't think that is romantic.
