but DKC 2 for gba fixed that.

I like this one for it sounds much, much faster. Speed is not everything, but the part that kicks in at 0:05 is really awesome.

it's something I miss in the later versions.

But there are more of those songs that sounded truly awesome on GB.

This theme is used in Mainbrace Mayhem, Gangplank Galley, Lockjaw's Locker, Topsail Trouble, Lava Lagoon, Glimmer's Galleon, Rattle Battle, and Slime Climb. That's a lot of levels that use this theme. I like it a lot.
