Great video Tim, and can't help but notice certain things that are no longer, such as the bridge at Pukekohe and the old SH1 north of Mercer. What year was it? Must have been pre-1997 as that's when the old SH1 section was bypassed by the expressway.
I loved the video, very rare to see two steam trains or any trains running side by side, a real shame about the focus, otherwise brilliant.
