It's comprehensive...gives a really good overview of what weatherization work entails and why one should have such work done on his or her home. The red lettering on the tape being used at the end indicates that it's a high-temp tape, which is rated for such an application. As for the blower door test, I'll bet you a flock of seagulls that the technicians ran the test properly.
weatherization is complicated ,workers are not paid fairly ,look the fan on the blower door was not installed for depresurized then fan on blower door was turned around looks like they did not khow how to test. At the End it shows someone using tape on water heater venting stupid
