In 2009 we have got an independent and impartial judiciary after a long and bloody struggle we all have to give power to it so no criminal group can hijack it once again which I see they are trying to do so coz justice doesn’t suit them so please be aware of it specially lawyers if our judiciary once again gone under any individual or group it won’t be in the interest of any one accept criminals please think on, don’t we have right to have some respect among Nations.

NRO is a chess move by Mush just like the Kashmir Issue a chess move by the British. It is intended to keep Pakistans political filth fighting with one another on personal issues like eligibility or ineligibility & not to let them work out any national issue like poverty inflation, no jobs, power generation by Kala Bagh Dam etc. It is intended to destroy the constitution, judiciary & process of justice if started in Pakistan & pave way for Mush class to rule & destroy Pakistan again.

New Constitution needs to be passed for resignation of all key post personnel whether a govt employee or a politician on some ministerial seat to resign immediately if any allegation is put on to him for any sort of corruption done in his concerned department/period. He must be able to take the charge back only if the assigned court/research authority declares him innocent of the charge. This law would surely discourage corruption & its ways being applied in Pakistan to a great extent.

The way PPP officials are giving their statements shows they dont feel the least affected by the Supreme Court decisions unveiling them. Political experts & ex-politicians remark this as a situation of conflict & political clash in the days to come. In the neighboring countries if such situation arises, politicians in power resign from their seats & give a free hand to the courts to decide. But here the political filth starts twisting & turning the law to protect themselves & their interests.

Just stopping owner of Servis Industries Minister Ahmed Mukhtar at Islamabad airport is not the remedy to the damages done to Pakistan. All the political filth presently under trial via condemned NRO must be jailed in ordinary jail & not Political VIP jail, their properties confiscated & looted wealth recovered as much as possible whether in Pakistan or abroad. Unless internationally the corruption matters are not highlighted its impossible to recover any damage done to Pakistan by these devils.

The process of judicial impeachment of Pakistans Political Filth has started. But do we expect any positive change? As Pakistans Constitution has been turned & twisted so much to protect this class/corruption that now its just like a burnt rope which may break into grains if twisted any further to hide or defend ways of corruption. Chief Justice must form a team of retired judges & senior advocates to straighten the Constitution from the loopholes. Only then can we expect a brighter tomorrow.

List of 8041 personnel benefiting from NRO has been published. Most of them belong to the political filth. The unanswered question so far is that will the national criminals be punished as required by law or not. As they are twisting & turning the law to protect themselves but now the stage comes where any more twists & turns goes against them. One way or the other their corruption is being exposed making it possible to implement justice law & order on them. Just see which way the wind blows.

From the time NRO stands rejected by National Assembly & Parliament Zardari constantly stresses on USA/Pakistan link as crucial for this region thus trying to divert the attention of media from him. Article 248 of Pakistans Constitution allows the president to do his jobs friction free but doesnt support terrorism of any sort as expressed by a previous Chairman Lawyers Bar Council. If his file of cases based on corruption opens in the court he may be jailed. But he & his team will run away.

Pakistan Govt declares to have buried NRO but is the political filth ready to face the law for rejecting it & reply for all their misdoings till now. As none of the Pakistani politicians has repented till now for any of the unforgivable mischief done in their periods. Wont they try to destroy the law to avoid any unveiling of their various dogmatisms from time to time? Target killing of political filth has started as a reaction from NWFP & Baluchistan in this aspect. Wake up political filth.

This is a question that may not be answered. For in Pakistan the Political Filth whether emerged from democracy or dictatorship has made the law so inactive for themselves that these criminals never come under the grip of law. NRO is an agreement between Mush & Zardari which affects all the political filth one way or the other if they follow it. If its condemned and cancelled then all the Political Filth is answerable to law for any mischief created since 1947 which they may not bear to accept.
