It's simple, the effect properties for every object has a tab that looks like an arrow, it is the "trajectory" tab. In there you can choose where and how everything moves
To create videos for the web use the export function. There is a "video for web" template, but the best choice for youtube is h.264 format, 720*480 size and 3000+ bitrate
