  • That is one lumpy cam lol

  • every ricer in the area just quickly put their car away and said to their girlfriends

"uh.... you know what, i dont really feel like driving round tonight, how bout we watch a movie"

    rofl.

  • Please be daily driver. /heartclick

  • I luv these ol down under big 3 American type cars and trucks! they were da mid-size of the US models and neat. with six and eight blocks with all da US options power-steering A/C auto's and pos track....just cool

  • You sir are a fucking legend..

  • Put the 215 and drums back on it! It might run smoother. Ap5s rule.

    GO THE VAL'S

    We make em live on.

  • EARTHQUAKE!

  • Nice car you have there it looks great. Sounds pretty healthy too. Would you know the weight of the car by chance. Maybe the before & after weight of the heart transplant. I have a 67 barracuda notch back and I would think they would weigh about the same give or take a little bit. One more ? what type of headers are you useing my MOPAR friend. Best, yl

  • @ylism you wish and i have a 65 ap5

  • @MrCriticOfAll What are you talking about ???

  • sounds good, would sound better with all of those little dings sorted out. May we have another video of this exact motor, please? :)

  • Thats Awsome!!! Great to see some more Aussie Muscle out there

  • gorgeous, well done,

  • hahaha my dream car. what a beast. i was wondering if you could fit a 572ci chevy create engine into one of thoes, but i dont know if it would fit...

  • @EpiStoLaRyDOoMhEaD Keep your Chevy motors in a Chevy!. This Aussie did the right thing & kept his Mopar all Mopar!

  • @4thstooge

    440 is mopar

  • sounds like your firing order is off . nice car!

  • this is why it pays to have a new engine run and tunned on dyno first , it running like a hairy dog, pinging carriing on . . . be sweet when its sorted ,

  • very nice

  • what a fucking awesome mopar dude it would only take another mopar to outdo that beast man 10 out of 10 for your car man. you just gotta bring it down here to Ocean grove to the valiant brothers garage PLEAAAAAASE o please bring it down here I,ve gotta take a pic of it. kind regard s from BP Ocean grove . fucking luv it. your car I mean.

  • loooooovvvvveee it

  • that is amazing awesome charger

  • Awesome, what size cam are you running?

  • wtf kind of charger is this

  • This is an Australian Charger!

  • oooo ty i m from michagan so i did not no

  • fuking hell this car gives me goosebumps, FUKING LOVE RT CHARGERS !

  • Comment removed

  • i still perfer the duke boys dodge charger r/t

  • yeah the dukes charger looks better, but the car itself is twice the size, and twice as heavy...the aussie VH charger on the other hand..monsterous power, short wheel base, light car = hella fun man..the man who designed the aussie charger was tryin to invent a death machine, but he ended up building one of australias fastest race and street cars

  • big engine small body in wreck that motor will break the motor mount then and the motor will twist the frame this is why the charger has a big body

  • no...the aussie charger wasnt actually built for a road car like the american charger...the american charger was built for daytona right? BUT dodge/chrysler always had every intention of making that car a road car to make a profit, when chrysler australia/valiant built the aussie charger it was supposed to be strictly a race car only, untill the saw an opportunity to make money from makin it a production vehicle..so no..a big body isnt necessary, the charger proved that already here

  • and the fact that the aussie charger is a race car for the road, theres actually more chance of it surviving a wreck than the american charger a lighter car made of strong materials has a more likely chance of have less enertia if in a broad slide or a head on collision, the heaver the car the more force it wil apply to all regions, resulting in mallicious damage unlike you have ever seen..take the ford capri for example..or the escort, u can crash em..n have em driving again in a week

  • Nice Paint Job

  • minter

  • sweet charger mate;) im restoring a vh 265 charger @ the moment, Also for the fellas up top the chargers where in the mad max video just not in the first/ third movie but me and the missus have seen them in the 2nd movie!

  • Awesome

  • seemed to be an ignition or advance problem - but looks fantastic - great looking vehicle!!!!

  • damn ballast resistors.. always remember to keep a spare or two in yer glove box :)

  • love it!

  • four hundred and fourty cubic inches of Mopar muscle. Never use liters (Litres) when discussing such motors. ;) it makes em sound smaller.

  • haha godzilla yer quite right actually, 440 is a bigger number than 6.4, nicely said

  • Bucket

  • Hi, it's running alot better now. It had the wrong ballist resistor thus not enough volts getting too the coil. I have it's first burn out video - almost 3 years from first start. stay tuned!

  • Is it me, or is that engine a tooth off on the distributor? It's shaking a whole heck of a lot, and it wasnt responsive to throttle input...

  • I meant Max was in a FUCKING COMA MAN

  • the engin is aussie. already drikin beer haha

  • Penis Erectus!!!

  • Crazy cool car. Mad Max would be proud

  • y would mad max be proud 4?

  • In Mad Max (1st) movie they used variations of Aussie Mopars. Anytime I see an Aussie Mopar, it reminds me of Mad Max. Several concepts like a '70 Roadrunner Aussie style were never released but were striking, in fact I have a model of one- totally badass!

  • Say what? can you please tell me when u saw them? all the cop cars are XB XA falcons(ford) and the black pursiut special was a LS monaro coupe'(aussie holden).. the only car i can think of is the chev impala( red /orange 1 that gets chased then totaled.)lOL and also the van was a Mazda bongo and all the bikes where Kawasaki's.

Mybe the mopars where jus non-feature cars( like in the backround) that i didnt c.

  • Because Max was a car nut. Thats why he would be proud. It has nothing to do with that fucking Interceptor. Max was "unconcious" so to speak, when the interceptor started up. rdeco was merely saying that Max would probably have been in the same state over a car like this. Fuck off cunt.

  • Rdeco said" they used variations of aussie mopars." im jus trying to say that they didnt in the 1st MM.

  • wwooow thats nice

  • IF you ever want to sell this thing in 5 or 10 years time or your just short of cash, for the love of GOD tell me first.

  • sweeeeeeeet

  • holy shit that would a litle bit better than the 318!!!!

  • This American loves the Aussie Mopars!!

  • BEE EEE EEE AAR

  • Sounds rough better take it to Ultra Tune.

  • nice to see its a VH!!!!!

    best model of the Chargers

  • Nice to see guys from down under who like mopars! Mopar or no car!Btw killer lookn old school car!You guys got some neat rides too.I didnt know that was a ford used in mad max. Still it was bad ass!

  • Thanks mate. We are doing a new video this week so stay tuned.

  • beer and a charger how aussie can you get

  • Respect.

  • YOU HAVE A SICK ASS CHARGER!!!! love the sound, looks awesome , nice job !!!!

  • NICE car!!! looks tuff as, love those mags. What brand/size are they?

  • Thanks mate! The mags are Simmonds V5's 16x7 fronts and 16x8 on the rear with 225x50x16 tyres. The rear tyres should be alot more fatter I think.

  • Mate the rims are Simmons B45's. I have them too.

  • Stay tuned for a tuned version of this video and with some burnouts

  • yeah that is pretty sweet but it sounds like the timing is wayyy retarded

  • that is so TUFF! vh valiant chargers have such a brilliant shape!

  • Such a monster of an engine!! Looked like it was going to suck him in!

  • what a beast! plz keep us posted.

  • Mopar or no car!

  • yep she dont seem to be Running to good.but nice CAR

  • thnks mate.. y a cl kframe and not just an ordinary v8 k frame outta a vh/vj/vk.?

  • "K" frame is from a '81 CL Valiant. The car was oringally a VJ Charger 770 with a 318 in her but my brother bought a Drag Car and pulled the race motor out and slotted in all the other gear with so it was a simple swap over.

  • haha ohk cuz i saw 1 very similar runnin low 10s

  • hey was this car at the nostalgia drahs in qld a couple of weekends ago

  • Nah mate, she is sitting in the shed until my brother gets some funding for his project.

  • Hi mate, interested in the conversion.. wats involved in doing this big block conversion?? any help appreciated

  • CL V8 "K" frame and rack and pinion steering from a Torana. The motor just fit in so a set of custom made extractors were made up for it.

  • timeing?

  • Yep, we just cranked her up for the first time!
