I believe the subject on this post is DU Depleted Uranium, the u.s effectivly annexed land by proxy as recently as the 50's by sending cia into iran to overthro the Govt that nationalised lots of land that had been formerly annexed & reguards DU Dont 4get the furure generations also that are stillborn & severly deformed. Where did I mention that we didn't use DU ammunition? We use M829A2 and A3 which are DU rounds (but used against tanks).
Also I would assume the Brad's 25mm KE rounds are also DU. That or it is tungsten which is as bad as DU (and is something that all states use for KE ammunition as regards toxicity).
They are DU rounds; there are issues revolving around soldiers sitting on ammo boxes inside of Bradleys who have developed cancer in the their groin and lower abdominal areas. Have you watched this entire series?

Which assembly voted for this resolution? The SC or the GC? If it is the GC then this is a request rather than something with any backing to it. If it is the GC then their could very well be a resolution which one would need to abide by if one wants to abide by all international law (which most states don't).
In addition, the UNCHR (UN Commission on Human Rights) passed a resolution categorizing DU ammo alongside nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons as "weapon of indiscriminate effect."
The US military field manual on The Law of Land Warfare: "It is especially forbidden to employ arms, projectiles, or material calculated to cause unnecessary suffering." (HR, art. 23, par. (e).)
As regards the UNCHR I don't know what power that committee has, but apparently there is little power to it considering that Russia, China and other states use DU cores.
Re the FM, that would be as regards hollow point rounds and the like (gotta love the Boar War and the Brits). I think that .50 HMG fire on inf can also be described as such (which points to the illogic of some things).

As regards DU, it isn't a WMD. It can kill at best two dozen people at a time (maybe more if you line up BMPs end to end). Whereas NBC can kill a heck of a lot more in one usage.
Yeah, but with a half life of 4.5 billion years and a few thousand tones hanging around central asia in the air, ground and water I am sure it will kill way more than two dozen people as time goes on. It's a de facto radiological weapon which belongs to the category of WMD.
