The ball Still went threw curtis hands and the only reason the eagles were in that game was because of the onside kick that was recovered by the cardinals, yet the Ref's gave it back to the eagles, if the Cardinals scored there the NFC championship game was over at half time.

I can agree with some over officiation. However, I totally disagree with referees determining the outcome of the game. The referees did NOT do the following: throw an interception to James Harrison, throw a 63 yard TD pass to Fitzgerald, fail to block Docket, fail to block Harrison, make spectacular catches in the end zone, etc. and these are just some of the big plays. I think it is an oversimplification to say the refs decided this, or any game. Football is much deeper than a couple of calls.
Give me a break. They reviewed it for more than 5 seconds. There was a flag on the play so the refs huddled to determine to cause of the flag and during that time the officials upstairs reviewed it and determined that they did not need to buzz down to the on field officials for more time to review it. It was a fumble, it was reviewed by the review officials (whose responsibility it is) get over it.

A. that was in the first quarter, there was plenty of time to make up for it, hardly a "MAIN" reason
B. it was interference
C. the only possible argument you can make is that it isn't called that often, but that is mainly due to the location of the receiver on the field. if he pushes off 20 yards downfield, the ref doesn't have a good view, but if you do it DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE REF... that's kinda like pissing on the hood of a cop car, you're gonna get busted...

2nd quarter neil rackers kicked the ball into eagle territory. it never went out of bounds. -3 for the eagles and +3 for the cardinals because it was in field goal range for the cardinals... we didnt get the ball back...thats how the eagles end their season so calm down....

The ball Still went threw curtis hands and the only reason the eagles were in that game was because of the onside kick that was recovered by the cardinals, yet the Ref's gave it back to the eagles, if the Cardinals scored there the NFC championship game was over at half time.

The officials in the booth replayed the video of the last kurt warner fumble/pass..but there clearly wasnt enough evidence to stop the game and review it..And roughing the holder call the reason you never hear that penalty is because it never really happens..But the refs where bad all season long but in this game both teams never benefitted from it. ..Cards fans quit your whining and Lets go Sixburgh Stillers

It was an important play, yes, and it should have had a real booth review but even if the cards got the ball back there would have been a very slim chance they would have won the game. the game was way over officiated i agree. The warner fumble SHOULD have been reviewed, but it was a fumble. Second of all. You're right about James Harrison and the hitting was uncalled for. Not ejected anymore than the entire pacers basketball team. And why all the complaining about the bad calls against the Cards? The ripped off Ben Touchdown? yeah I dont think thats going to get you anywhere. First off, it was a TD, there was already a flag on that play, so if it wouldnt have been a TD, down at the 1/2 yard line with one play to go steelers. Second, he was sort of forced out, but didnt attempt to come back in due to the blockers, but you can come in bounds to tackle, just not to make a play on the ball.

You took time to look up the rules...if the drive at the end of the game did not happen, your team would be Super Bowl Champs, the Cards...It is Football, not Basketball. It is a physical sport. Just be happy your team made it to the big game. I can agree with some over officiation. However, I totally disagree with referees determining the outcome of the game. The referees did NOT do the following: throw an interception to James Harrison, throw a 63 yard TD pass to Fitzgerald, fail to block Docket, fail to block Harrison, make spectacular catches in the end zone, etc. and these are just some of the big plays. I think it is an oversimplification to say the refs decided this, or any game. Football is much deeper than a couple of calls.

Give me a break. They reviewed it for more than 5 seconds. There was a flag on the play so the refs huddled to determine to cause of the flag and during that time the officials upstairs reviewed it and determined that they did not need to buzz down to the on field officials for more time to review it. It was a fumble, it was reviewed by the review officials (whose responsibility it is) get over it.

Whether or not the last Warner pass/fumble was reviewed on the field or not is dumb issue. The call on the field was RIGHT! it was a FUMBLE! Nearly every writer, commentator, and sports fan agree. steelers fan here and i agree with a lot things u said.harrison should of been kicked out, roughing the holder was a lil extreme, pass should have been reviewed etc. however, a lot of these so called pittsburgh fans here jump on a different bandwagon this year. we didnt have these many fans when we went 8-8. dont blame the real steelers fans. not all of us are happy about this. in reference to holding...i think they should of called it more on both sides. hope we have a better game next year.

The last play of the game, Woodley had knocked the ball loose before Warner pushed it forward. As for the roughing the holder, that's a stupid penalty on Wilson's part.
