  • @vivancase514 You know what I would do? Just try it and see how it will change you. When you see you get the tone/definition that you were looking for, stop taking it. Since building up muscle is a slow procedure, you can not really grow too much and miss your goal. But that is just my unprofessional look at it.

  • @Razwell I wasn't in great shape 3 years ago, but now I am thanks to being consistant with my diet and exercise. There's proof everywhere you look, some people just prefer to ignore it to serve as an excuse for their failure. I didn't think I could do it but thanks to people such as TwinMuscleWorkout, BigJsExtremeFitness, LuiMarco but mainly Scooby I'm hitting the targets I've set for myself and I plan to keep going. It doesn't matter how big or unfit you are, any progress is great.

Again, only way I see an obese person not losing weight by healthy dieting and exercising is by having some sort of condition that indirectly hinders fatloss. And the only ineffective diet for obese people is severe dieting which causes starvation mode, which most people put themselves through.

And the reason why people regain their fat back after surgery is because they can't keep up with how little their eating and eventually binge, or do something that wrecks their progress. As of now obesity has not been classified as a disease.

  • My daughter and I have been working out together about 10 weeks now, and it does get hard to motivate some days. The food thing takes a lot of time too. The holidays have us all messed up. Your video was very inspirational, and you look great. I'm glad you focus on the health motive, that's the most important benefit. I'll show this to my teenager.

  • We are ONLY 7 ounds heavier than we were 30 years back. The data is MANIPULATED. There is NO 30 % increase. And in fact, analyses of lean poeple show they have HELD STEADY over this time. The slightly heavier ( 7 pound increase from 30 years back ) is among the OBESE.

  • @MasterOfDisaster407 Hey. It depends on the intensity and the weight you are going to use. If you are doing a beginner/intermediate workout then you can do it every other day. If you are doing more intense workouts that really focus on biceps then ONCE A WEEK. Too much will really hurt the muscle.

  • Nice! I've lost 30 lbs. in 5 months of hard work training. Just do lots of Cardio and Weightlifting and make sure you don't eat junk foods as well as fried foods, and eat less. It's not simple to avoid eating cheat meals, but takes amount of practice to get used to it.
