lol..when i first saw you i thought you were Simon Cowell....Cute feet..I havent tried the golfball thing yet..but im gonna try it..Thanks for the video..
Thanks for posting the video. I got PF from painting my friends house earlier last year. Then it went away. Just recently I got PF again. This time it's on both of my feet. And the pain is worse. I will try the golf ball and stretching techniques and will let you know. I'm going for a massage today, so will ask the lady to massage my calf muscles.
thank u for posting this video. im so relieved to learn from just a normal guy to relieve my pain. at first, i thought i stepped on something then i researched the symptoms. im frightened since im on my feet all day, but happy i can try ur methods n hope i dont have to visit the big scary doctor! :)
Rolling my foot along a frozen water bottle three times a day for 10 minutes each session and the PF is completely gone besides the occasional ache in the morning (which stretching while IN bed before taking your FIRST step).
I think a better solution with the same effect on the golf ball stretch is to use a rolling pin. its a wider range and always makes my feet feel better in the morning.
thank you for your video about the golf ball. I think this is going to help and maybe even cure my pain. I tried it earlier and I can feel the relief already. It has made a huge difference in my pain. I have had plantar fasciitis for years. Had 3 shots of steroid to each heal, 3 podiatristis, two different set of night splints and 2 set of customized orthotics. I will let you know what happens.
I'm really glad I could help. keep me in the loop to let me know how it's working out for you. my pf is gone now. couple months of the golf ball twice a day - pain was reduced then only in the morning.
You can also use a lacrosse ball that has been kept in the freezer...you get the effect of massaging and icing the muscles at the same time (recommended by my physical therapist for PF)
thanks for that. I hadn't heard about getting ice (or cold) on it before. my doctor was not very helpful with any sort of home remedies. He just wanted me going to PT
Robert ,,,,I have been suffering with PF for about 3 months now...Recently i had to take the antibiotic levaquin and found out that i can actually agravate the PF! as it can cause tendonitis!

Hey guys, the golf ball thing is a good idea, but a frozen water bottle will cool it and do the same as the golf ball. It really helps. :)

thanks for the information. The only thing my doctor gave me was Tylenol3 with codeine.
the golf ball thing really helped me, and the doctor didn't recommend that; a friend did.
