Seems pretty much completely awesome to me. I initially thought he might be rocking a bit fast, but actually think it works really well for just how deranged and frantic looking he is. I'm diving into wiper motors this year for the first time with my home haunt, so well executed projects like yours are a great inspiration! Thanks for posting a great vid!
@anseliz Thanks for the nice comments. I actually made a few small changes to this prop to get it ready for Halloween. I mounted the power source below the seat and I secured the knife so it doesn't wiggle as much. I also exposed the arms so it looks more realistic. This prop will be on a motion sensor, so it won't be rocking constantly. The rocking is so violent that it will unplug itself if it was on all the time. That's terrifying. I would say make the knife less shaky but maybe that makes him seem even more demented? In any event good job.
