I'm on day 9 also and I've been constantly having food dreams to...like I ate something or I forgot I was on the master cleanse and I ate food; and I'm like oh crap i forgot and felt guilty lol..but yeah I was happy it was just a dream
you look really healthy on day nine! I dream about food sometimes too lol & then when I wake I feel glad that it was just a dream & I'm like I really didnt eat that lol :P
So, everytime I think about giving up, I`ll come here, watch this video and think I´ll feel the same as u do.
For me it´s so hard, I am hungry, I have a headache, I need to eat... I hope tomorrow I´ll feel better. It´s good to hear somethings from you, I couldnt find the book in Germany, So I am based on what I find in the web...
