You know it's funny- if someone were to go to a public building or someone elses home and do the same damage that most scum tenants do, we'd be arrested and prosecuted, but tenants are allowed to get away with this behavior legally. You can't recover your losses from these fools- thaey have nothing to attach. It's time for these destructive scum to serve jail time for stealing from landlords (not paying rent is STEALING) and vandalizing their property...

@TheLamborghinimuira Where, exactly, is the harassment? It appears to me the owner is simply taking photos of her own property. She did not enter the dwelling itself. Funny how the tenant operating the video camera did not pan around and show the property. It makes me think that she had brought a lot of unsightly garbage, appliance, junk cars, etc, into the yard, and didn't want to show it.

Yeah.... that old couple sure looked like BRUTES allright.

Maybe landlords wouldn't get upset when dickheads would pay their rent on time, not trash the place costing them money out of their pocket to fix it, abide by the initial rules that keep their insurance rates in check and not lower the property value. I wish every cocksucker who ever trashed a place or constantly paid rent late could put themselves in an investors shoes.
