  • my iphone loaded that gape in 2 sec... i got iphone 4 btw, iphone 4 is bether than all other phones!!

  • ppls, don't use opera mini on smartphones, use opera mobile !

  • stop lying dude the 3g browser is actually faster.

  • iphone gets an opera browser 2 :)

  • @baaskarel

Android and iPhone already has it.

  • I have opera mini 5 on my bb storm 2!!! it loads way quick, much better then default browser and bolt 2.0

  • I have a Blackberry 8520, Opera Mini 5 Beta, and a wifi connection and it takes just under 5 seconds to completely finish loading just about any page

  • Safari isn't very good on the iPhone. I find it funny how my $100 phone has a better browsing experience than iPhones. :)

  • Maybe a second at most. It was still loading stuff. And honestly. Opera mini will run on my $50 prepaid phone at full speed. Try that with safari.

  • The beauty of opera mini is that it works quickly even when you get a low signal. Edge network 2 bars still loads surprisingly quickly. That is one of the biggest appeals of the browser.

  • What we also need to see is how these browsers compare over 3G or EDGE.

  • Opera would kill in that category. Honestly opera 4 lacked the features of other smart phone browsers and on android the interface was clunky. The appeal of the browser for me was that everything loaded up fairly quickly no matter how poor my signal was.

  • The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic does have Wi-Fi.

  • the 5530 have WI-FI, its the 3g that it does not have

  • @mromariz 5530 does NOT have 3g D:

  • Thank you...

  • it's not only a thing of the CPU!

you see 5530 with the standard browser and with Opera mini there are different times and different browsers but the same CPU so its also a thing of "software engineering"

  • An important point to make regarding the last test between iPhone and Opera Mini, is that whilst the total load time is similar, iPhone presents the page much faster and you can start navigating straight away whilst the rest is loading. Interesting video though.

  • You can't really see much off the little box that the screen initially covers though. Opera's method works really well when you don't have a good signal.

  • Cool video
