if u dont know it is on 1.12 u have to start patchblocker then delete 1.12 patch then on your pc click start blocking then start mw2 go to multiplayer then hit the ps button and go to sign in then sign in and then play on line with no patchs

Go to internet network settings or whatever you did to go to proxy server

When you go to the proxy server select 'Dont use proxy'

Then skip and dont test connections and sign in.

You will have to do a update. :D
