A lot of these Islam miracles are obviously man made, you can believe whatever you like but the tree has been altered by human tampering the signs are all there someone has been essentially mutilating the tree, and even if they hadn't, you can see anything in trees. I once saw a stump that looked like Abraham Lincoln that doesn't mean the ghost of Lincoln did it.
