@TonyArrison Rowan Atkinson is not trying to insinuate Mr Bean has learning difficulties. The character was created very innocently. Mr Bean is comic genius - a real creative mastermind. Its amazing how such a small simplistic scene involving one or two characters can be massively developed. It is unique in its style and content. Mr Bean is a fictional character and it is an ugly thought to associate it with someone ridiculing those with learning disabilities. Don't take comedy too seriously.
