I have never really played a piano myself, but I know this song is particularly hard to play because it has so many notes. I could notice very few mistakes. Great job! I will start having piano classes next year and playing this song effectively will probably be one of my goals =P Keep it up!

It's 3 U's, "Yuuutsu", is "ゆううつ.", "Tu" and "Tsu" are spelt with the same characters (つ, or　ツ). The kanji for yuuutsu is 憂鬱. 涼宮ハルヒの憂鬱. すずみあはるひのゆううつ。 I just want to clear this up, since a LOT of people make this mistake. The reason is probably because of the macron above the U "Yūutsu".
