@ashcassel I would definitely go with the runtones or traintones. The easytone shoes are a bit clunky for workouts

I just got back from that and it actually helps a lot more.

Helps me stay straight up and not lean forward.

And it works the heck out off the abs as well!!

No reason why you can't. I've tried RunTone and to walk in them is even easier than running.

Im looking for a nice pair of running shoes and im stuck bewteen the runtone's and zigtechs (yes im a guy) what ones do you think i should get because i want to get back into shape and I really need to work on my legs.

@ItsRelyT I would recommend the RunTone shoes for running. The Zigtechs are great, but they are for training. SInce training shoes are typically flat and lack support they may hurt your feet to run in. Hope this helps!
